POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

Lab Technician – Manufacturing

Gentel Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Lab Technician to provide assistance and support to our manufacturing team to ensure timely and efficient product manufacturing, accurate shipping and receiving activities, and proper lab maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the manufacturing lab, assisting with coordinating inventory of manufactured products, coordinating shipping and receiving, and assisting with product manufacture and documentation according to established standard operating procedures.

Minimum requirements include an Associate's degree in a Science field, preferably biotechnology; one year of experience in a lab setting responsible for similar duties; some experience with assay development, strong computer skills, and strong communications skills. The ability to move 100 lbs. with a cart and the ability to lift 50 lbs. is required. A Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field and experience working in a manufacturing process, particularly GLP, is highly preferred.
