APiX™ GlycoBiomarker Profiling Array Kit

The APiX™ GlycoBiomarker Array Kit provides a new method for multiplex profiling of glycan patterns on serum glycoproteins¹. The kit contains an antibody array engineered to capture specific proteins of interest from serum samples and to detect specific glycan structures using biotinylated lectins (Table 1). The immobilized capture antibodies (>40 total proteins) are chemically derivitized to prevent assay interference due to lectin binding to glycans on the antibodies.

With the APiX™GlycoBiomarker Array Kit, you obtain:

• Multiplex glycan profiling of more than 40 glycoproteins in serum
• Glycan-glycoprotein ratios that normalize changes in protein concentration
