Protein and lectin RFUs were obtained separately and used to generate glycan-glycoprotein ratios (log base 2 transformed) that normalize the relative abundance of glycans present to changes in underlying glycoprotein concentration. Usage Notes
The APiX™ GlycoBiomarker Array Kit is designed to be used in conjunction with the SIMplex™ 64 multiplexing system (available separately from Gentel® Biosciences). The system is easy to use and is reusable. Eliminate broken slides, unreliable fasteners and leaky gaskets with the SIMplex™ multiplexing system.
