Custom Assay Development

Gentel's Multiplex Immunoassays are Robust

We provide high quality multiplex immunoassays that are validated to eliminate non-specific antigen or antibody binding and deliver exceptional dynamic range and reliable precision. Our access to high affinity antibodies and recombinant antigens combined with our core competency in multiplex immunoassay development results in exceptional immunoassay sensitivity with up to five logs of dynamic range.

On the Fly Custom Content

Take advantage of custom multiplex immunoassay development. We can deliver monoclonal antibodies and purified recombinant antigens in 16 weeks and build the assay in 12 weeks. We will array your proteins on slides printed with your desired antibodies or antigens. We are constantly expanding on our menu of content through our antigen and antibody development partners. Processing your samples on the custom arrays may be performed either by the customer or at Gentel.

Quantitative Multiplex Immunoassay

Quantitative Multiplex Immunoassay

(a) Nonspecific binding between the detector antibodies with an inappropriate antigen-capture antibody complex. (b) Nonspecific binding between the detector antibody with an inappropriate capture antibody. (c) Probing microarrays of capture antibodies with individual antigens and cocktails of detector antibodies demonstrates specificity between capture antibodies and cognate antigens. (d) Probing microarrays of capture antibodies with cocktails of antigens and individual detector antibody demonstrates specificity between antigen and detector antibody.

PANDEIA™ Technical Overview

Gentel\'s PANDEIA protein labeling and fluorescent detection kit is designed to label serum, plasma, or whole cell lysate samples for probing against an antibody array printed on a PATH protein microarray slide. PANDEIA features cis-platinum labeling technology called the Universal Linkage System (ULS™). ULS chemistry labels complex protein samples by specifically coupling fluorescein haptens to histidine and methionine residues. The relative abundance of many proteins is detected and measured simultaneously using anti-fluorescein antibody-DY™ 647 conjugate. The PANDEIA kit is fully compatible with antibodies printed on PATH slides and includes everything needed to label up to sixteen samples.
