PATH® technology from Gentel Biosciences delivers the highest sensitivity for antibody microarray applications. PATH consists of a proprietary ultra-thin nitrocellulose film to bind antibodies non-covalently and irreversibly to the surface. Nitrocellulose is a well-known and proven platform for immunoassay applications. Antibodies immobilized on a PATH surface retain their antigen binding activity and yield exceptional immunoassay sensitivity with up to five logs of dynamic range. PATH technology increases throughput and minimizes cost and time in the laboratory and is a major improvement over traditional, single-analyte ELISA-based methods.
