APiX™ Murine Cytokine Kit
The APiX Murine Cytokine Kit, a 12-plex sandwich microarray, is a quantitative assay (Figure 1) that measures cytokine proteins in mouse serum. Each antibody on the array has been shown to capture its target antigen in a linear fashion and was tested for cross-reactivity with other antigens in the panel (Figure 2).
The kit contains one pre-printed antibody array slide (with 16 sub-arrays) and is designed to run 8 research samples with a 7 point standard curve and 1 blank.

Usage Notes
The APiX Murine Cytokine Kit is designed to be used in conjunction with the SIMplex™ multiplexing system (available separately from Gentel Biosciences). The simple, reusable system helps to eliminate broken slides, unreliable fasteners and leaky gaskets.
