Symphony Array Services™
Gentel provides custom array development using both our APiX chromogenic and our PATH fluorescence array platforms. Our assay development process includes reagent sourcing, specificity, measurement accuracy and consistency to industry standards.
Gentel also provides protein array printing using non-contact piezoelectric microarray spotters in a Class 10,000 clean room and fee-for-sample processing on existing and custom-developed assays. All samples are handled in a state-of-the-art BSL2 facility. Using our automated platform, up to 1,000 patient samples can be processed per day (1,000 total/day - 333 in triplicate) in a quantitative fashion, including standard curves and the platform is easily scalable. The microarray data is processed at Gentel using a suite of proprietary software tools that includes: image processing, outlier detection and quality control, standard curve analysis, and calculation of protein concentration, and LOD and LOQ determination.

Array Development
We offer custom assay development services and are constantly expanding on our menu of content. We are happy to accommodate your specific requests. Our Business Development Representative can provide you with a price quotation. Scientists in our Protein Array Facility will analyze your samples on the arrays that you choose and provide you with semi-quantitative or quantitative data.
Array Printing
Our arraying group has unbeatable capacity for producing the microarray you need for your custom assay. Our non-contact piezoelectric spotters have the flexibility to design an array to meet your specifications, and the ability to produce the highest quality printed arrays. Our rigorous 100% physical quality control ensures each array has uniform spot morphology and superior alignment. We offer high throughput arraying of antibodies, cell lysates, peptides, and proteins on Gentel's industry-leading microarray surface chemistries.
Sample Processing
Our Sample Testing Service is a fast, convenient way to obtain quantitative results using multiplex protein analysis. Simply select your proteins of interest, ship samples, and receive a confidential data report within 14 business days.
